An eGift Card is a digital Gift Card that is sent via email. It is similar to a physical Gift Card. You may choose the amount and a personalized message. The recipient will receive your personalized email once the order has been placed successfully. The recipient may print their eGift Card email or present it from their mobile device to redeem in-store or online.
A personalized message of up to 200 characters (including spaces) can be included with a Gift Card purchased online. Personalized message will be displayed in the email sent to the recipient.
eGift Cards purchased online will be sent to the customer via the specified email address once the transaction has been completed successfully. This may take 1-2 hours (once the funds are cleared).
If your recipient hasn’t received their eGift Card within 1 business day from the time the order was placed, please contact Customer Support at online@cs.sussan.com.au
Unfortunately, you are unable to select a date for your eGift Card to be sent.
Gift Cards cannot be refunded for another Gift Card or tender (i.e., cash). Refer to Gift Card Terms & Conditions.
If you are a registered user, you can simply log in to your account. Alternatively, you can visit the Gift Card page online to check your Gift Card balance.
Physical Gift Cards can be purchased in-store & Digital Gift Cards can be purchased online. Gift Cards can be used in stores across Australia and online. Visit Gift Card Terms & conditions for further information.
If you return, part return, or cancel an order where a Gift Card was used as payment, the refund will be issued back to the original payment method the purchase was made.

Gift Cards are valid for 3 Years from the date of issue. Use the remaining Gift Card balance prior to expiry date as once it expires, all credit will become property of Sussan and will not be redeemable.
If your recipient hasn’t received their eGift card email within 1 business day from the time the order was placed, please advise them to check their junk folder.

Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for a Gift Card or for another tender, cash or discount.
An eGift card can be purchased online for a value between $5.00 and $500.00.
No additional value can be added to Gift Cards once it’s been activated.
Sussan Gift Cards are excluded from Sussan VIP Program to earn points.
Gift Cards can be used in-store or online multiple times until the balance reaches $0.00.
You may redeem up to 3 Gift Cards per transaction.
Payment can be made using your credit card, Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
Afterpay, cheque, cash or Gift Card payments are not accepted for the purchase of eGift Cards online.
You may add up to 3 eGift Cards online in one order and have a different recipient email for each eGift Card when placing the order.
eGift Card orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed. Gift Cards cannot be refunded for another Gift Card or tender (i.e., cash). Refer to Gift Card Terms & Conditions.
All Gift Cards are valid for 3 Years from the date of issue. eGift Cards purchased online have the expiry date included in the recipient email.
If you are a registered user, simply log in to your account to check your transaction history. Alternatively, you may get in touch with Customer Support at online@cs.sussan.com.au.
Once Gift Cards are purchased, they should be treated like cash, as lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced or refunded.
If your Gift Card is damaged, please take it in-store and have it checked or contact Customer Support at online@cs.sussan.com.au
If you have lost or accidentally deleted your Gift Card email, please get in touch with Customer Support at online@cs.sussan.com.au
If you have accidentally sent the Gift Card to an incorrect email address, please get in touch with Customer Support at online@cs.sussan.com.au
Any Gift Card amount used due to it being sent to an incorrect email address will be deemed lost or stolen.
