All orders are only sent with Express Shipping. Express Shipping is by Australia Post and the delivery timeframes exclude any processing time at our facilities.
All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia.
Once you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days for it to be processed before shipment (excluding weekends & public holidays)
Tracking details will be emailed to you within 24 hours of shipment from Australia Post.
During any public holidays or peak promotional times on our website, the processing time of orders can take slightly longer & we kindly request your patience during these busy periods.

Please note: All Sussan orders have authority to leave in a safe place. You can track and manage the delivery of your parcel i.e redirection via your MyPost account on the Australia Post website or app.
You can redirect your order via your MyPost account on the Australia Post website or app once you receive your tracking number.
If your order has not arrived within the allocated time, please contact the shipping company, using the reference number supplied to you.
Please note: During busy sale periods, you may experience a delay in receiving your order.
Yes, your order can be tracked. On the day your order is dispatched we’ll send you an email which will include a tracking number so you can follow your order through to delivery.
AUSTRALIA (LOCAL):
We offer free express shipping for all online orders over $80.
Orders under $80 can be delivered for $12.95
Please note, that VIP Discount Vouchers/Promotional discount codes cannot be used to cover the shipping fee of your online order. Your order must still total $80 after any VIP discount vouchers/promotions/promotional codes have been applied to qualify for free shipping.
NEW ZEALAND:
We offer free Express Courier Delivery to New Zealand for orders over $100 (after any VIP discount vouchers/ promotions/ promotional discount codes have been applied).
Orders under $100 can be delivered for $30
INTERNATIONAL:
For all other international deliveries, we charge a flat rate of $30 AUD.
Sussan ships to the following countries:
Australia, New Zealand, England, Singapore, Canada, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Taiwan, Vanuatu, United Arab Emirates, Papua New Guinea, Japan, South Africa, Germany, Mauritius.
All international orders are sent via the Australia Post Express Courier International service.
For international orders, delivery will take approximately 7-10 business days. Please note that parcels may also need to be processed through international customs to enter your selected country. We advise you to allow for this possible delay and any extra customs taxes or duties that may be incurred.
We do not deliver to international PO Box addresses.
Our shipping does not cover any international customs duties or sales taxes that may be payable upon delivery.
