Sussan VIP Program

We value our loyal customers, and the Sussan VIP Program is our way of thanking you for shopping with us. The more you shop, the more you are rewarded!

 

How it works:

  • Earn 1 point for every $1 spent with us.

  • Collect 500 points within 12 months and receive a $50 discount voucher, valid for 3 months, redeemable online and in-store.

VIP benefits:

To receive a Welcome VIP Discount Voucher, you must:

  • Be a new VIP member, and

  • Be subscribed to receive email updates from Sussan at the time of joining the VIP Program.

     

Your $20 VIP Welcome Discount Voucher will be emailed to you within 24 hours of joining. You can also log in to your online VIP account to view your voucher, which can be shown in-store to redeem or used online.

 

The Welcome Voucher is valid for 1 month from the date of issue and can be used on a single transaction of $100 or more, either in-store or online.

 

 

Please note:

  • VIP discount vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional vouchers, to purchase gift cards, and are non-transferable. They cannot be redeemed for cash or gift cards.

  • VIP discount vouchers are required to be redeemed in a single transaction.

  • Sussan Group reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or vary the vouchers offered on its site without notice.

Your $50 VIP discount voucher will be issued within 48 hours of reaching 500 points and will be emailed to you.

If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder.

 

You can also log in to your online VIP account to view your voucher, which can be shown in-store to redeem or used online.

 

Your $50 discount voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed in a single transaction, either in-store or online.

Your $20 VIP Birthday Discount Voucher will be emailed to you 7 days before your birthday.  You can also log in to your online VIP account to view your voucher, which can be shown in-store to redeem or used online.

 

To receive your discount voucher, you’ll need to:

  • Be subscribed to receive email updates from Sussan, and

  • Have your birthday recorded on your VIP membership (this can be updated by logging in to your online VIP account).

If you join the Sussan VIP Program or subscribe to receive emails on your actual birthday, your birthday voucher will be sent from the following year onward.

Your $20 birthday voucher is valid for 1 month from the date of issue and can be redeemed in a single transaction, either in-store or online.

 

Please note:

  • VIP members will receive only one birthday discount voucher per year (i.e. have not already received one within the last 365 days).

  • Birthday discount vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional vouchers, to purchase gift cards, and are non-transferable. They cannot be redeemed for cash or gift cards.

  • VIP discount vouchers are required to be redeemed in a single transaction.

Voucher validity and usage:

  • $50 discount vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

  • $20 discount vouchers are valid for 1 month from the date of issue.

  • Vouchers can be used in-store and online.*

How to redeem online:

  1. Log in to your VIP account.

  2. Either click Apply next to the voucher in your shopping bag, or copy and paste the 14-digit code into the ‘Apply Vouchers or Promo Codes’ section within your shopping bag (under Summary).

Conditions for Discount Voucher redemption:

  • Must be used in full. No change, gift card, or credit note will be given, and any unused amounts will be forfeited.

  • Cannot be used to purchase Sussan gift cards or in conjunction with lay-by or any other offer or promotion. 

  • They are non-transferable (linked to your VIP account) and cannot be redeemed for cash, gift cards, or credit notes.

  • Vouchers are non-refundable.

    • In-store: An exchange may be offered for the value of the voucher at the time of the return.

    • Online: If items purchased with a voucher are returned, the voucher value will be forfeited.

  • The discount is proportionally applied to each item; refunds are calculated based on the original item price minus its share of the applied discount.

 

 * Occasionally, an online only VIP discount voucher or code may be issued, these cannot be used in store.

If you believe you are missing points from a transaction we just need a copy of your invoice summitted to us.

We recommend uploading a full picture of your invoice including the Order number to help expedite the process.

 

Please note that you will not have earned points for a transaction if you used Guest Checkout online or if you did not give your VIP card/number in store. All points must be redeemed within a 12 month period.

You can view your points balance anytime online in your VIP account dashboard. You can also see any reward vouchers you’ve earned, your 12 month points history and how far you are away from your next reward.

Please note that it can take up to 3 business days for purchases to appear in your account.

Earning points is simple! For every $1 spent at Sussan, you will receive 1 VIP point. Collect 500 points within 12 months and you will receive a $50 discount voucher.

 

Please note: Points are not awarded for:

 

  • Sussan gift card purchases

  • VIP discount voucher or promotional code redemptions

  • Charitable donations

  • Any fees or charges (e.g., shipping for online purchases)

Yes, they do. Points are calculated daily, so 365 days after the day you made your purchase, the points for that purchase will automatically be deducted from your total.

If you reach 500 points within 12 months, 500 points will be deducted from your total when your $50 discount voucher is issued.

You can update all of your personal details through your online account. You can also update your information in stores or email us at online@cs.sussan.com.au

  • Refunded items: Any points earned from the purchase will be deducted from your VIP balance.

  • Exchanged items: Points will be added or deducted depending on any price difference between the original and exchanged item.

  • Items purchased during a points promotion: The points earned during the promotion will be deducted from your balance.

    • Example: If you earned 40 points for a $20 purchase during a Double Points promotion, 40 points will be removed from your account if the item is returned.

All returns must comply with our full Returns Policy.

 

In-store Returns:

  • Portion paid over the value of the discount voucher or promo code: You may receive a refund, exchange, or gift card.

  • Portion covered by a discount voucher or promo code: Only an exchange will be offered for the equivalent value at the time of the return.

Please note: Store credit or gift cards will not be issued for the value of a VIP discount voucher.

Online Returns:

  • VIP discount vouchers and promotional codes are non-refundable. If you return an online order where a voucher or promo code was used, the value of that voucher or code will be forfeited.

 

The discount is proportionally allocated to each item in the purchase, so the refund amount will be based on the item's original price minus its proportional share of the discount.

If you lose your VIP card, don’t worry. Your VIP number is available within your online account and our store teams can look up your details during checkout so you never miss out on points.
