Unfortunately, we do not accept Diners Club, cheques, or money orders.

 

If the order confirmation page appeared after your payment and you received an order confirmation email then your payment has gone through.

If you’re still unsure, please check your online banking or bank branch for further information.

All returns must comply with our full Returns Policy

 

Store or Online Purchase Returned In Store: a refund (or exchange) will be provided for any amount that is paid in excess of the VIP Voucher amount and the VIP member may be offered an exchange only up to the value of the VIP Voucher. 
 
 
Please note store gift cards/credit will not be given in exchange of the VIP voucher.
 
 

Online Purchase Returned Online: Unfortunately, VIP Vouchers and Promo Codes are non-refundable, so please choose your items carefully when redeeming a VIP voucher/promo code on your order.

 

 

The discount amount is proportionately applied across each item purchased. The final amount refunded represents the original purchase price, less the apportioned discount amount.

We cannot accept phone payments for purchases in our stores or online.

Afterpay offers instalment plans for online shoppers within Australia. The payment platform allows you to purchase in four equal instalments, due every fortnight. Simply choose Afterpay as your payment method at checkout. All of your payments are interest free when you pay on time and you will receive your online order straight away, based on our standard shipping time.

Afterpay is currently available for all purchases with no minimum threshold and will be visible at the checkout page online as a payment option.

  4. You can set up an Afterpay account at checkout. Your application will be subject to Afterpay’s credit assessment.

At the checkout, simply select Afterpay as your payment method and you will be redirected to the Afterpay website to process and confirm your order.

At any time, you can log in to your Afterpay account to see your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date. Otherwise, Afterpay will automatically deduct the instalments from your nominated debit or credit card every fortnight.

For each payment that is missed, you will be charged a $10 late payment fee by Afterpay with a further $7 late payment fee added seven days later if the payment is still unpaid. Please see Afterpay terms and conditions on their website here.

Afterpay currently accepts MasterCard and Visa credit and debit cards issued in Australia. Unfortunately Afterpay does not accept AMEX or any prepaid cards or foreign debit/credit cards.

Please note that Afterpay is currently only available within Australia only. You must have an Australian credit card or debit card and address for billing and delivery of online purchases.

Lay-by items are held for four weeks with payments to be made every two weeks. A 20% deposit will be required, and a $5.00 cancellation fee will be charged if the lay-by is cancelled. Sale items are excluded from Lay-by.
